Robin has been eating healthy and exercising regularly for many years to treat stress triggered migraines.  When she added yoga to her practice she experienced it's therapeutic value.  Wanting to share yoga with others, she took her teacher training at Harmony Therapeutic Yoga graduating November 2018.

Robin identified with two aspects of her yoga training, the beneficial physical response of the body to yoga and the spiritual focus during yoga practice. Yoga reduces stress, anxiety, pain and suffering.  This occurs during yoga practice through awareness, breathing, and posing. Helping people attain and maintain a healthy lifestyle is important to Robin.  Yoga is an important way to maintain a good quality of life, especially in our stressful society and also as we age.  Yoga can be practiced lifelong and Robin would like to make yoga accessible to all who want to practice it.
