At Harmony Therapeutic Yoga, our goal is to make yoga accessible to anyone of any ability no matter the level of experience. We help you achieve the benefits of yoga in a safe and effective way with teachers who are experienced and have a minimum 200 RYT Yoga Alliance certification. Our lead instructor, Shanda Packard, holds an ERYT 500 distinction with specialized training in yoga as a therapeutic modality through extensive study in a program that qualifies for a grandfathered IAYT therapeutic yoga designation. Certified Yoga Therapists like Shanda are specially trained to identify and correct physical alignment issues that can cause chronic pain.
