About Your Instructor
Ann Taylor Lashbrook has been coaching and teaching movement for over 10 years in Los Angeles & Denver before moving to Louisville in August of 2013. Her workshops blend elements of functional core strength, years of athletics, and a strong background in yoga/ Pilates postural alignment.
Ann Taylor has been teaching various forms of movement for the last 10 years accumulating 500+ hours of various yoga teacher trainings, a classical Pilates certification, a nationally recognized personal training certification, and has studied other various specialized modalities. Ann Taylor enjoys educating, inspiring, and entertaining her students with her light-hearted approach to movement practices.

Perhaps you are lacking the freedom in your hips that can be supported with self-massage and yoga. In this workshop we will explore the tissue that supports your pelvis as well as your legs. Some of this tissue is not just tight, but also weak. In this workshop you will learn various techniques to create strength and mobility in your hips & glutes while using the Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Ball PLUS to massage your tissue. These balls are slightly larger than the original Therapy Balls and a bit smaller than the Alpha. They cover more surface area and add height to obtain a greater depth of pressure to get into areas of your hips and hamstrings that stretching may not reach! All Levels Welcome. No yoga experience is required.
